Primary Purpose Summary
Drive profitable sales growth through the execution of the closure strategy of focused markets and technology. Execute the 5-year plan. Responsibilities include market intelligence, management of the product portfolio (existing products), creation of a price list for existing products, development of marketing plans, and capacity expansion, among others, to support regional sales growth. Ensures the coordination and collaboration of the global marketing team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Leading the region’s growth and market plans, executing the 5-year plan strategy
Marketing intelligence gathering & analysis in a systematic way: including local market intelligence through all sorts of sources (customer, sales, partners, etc.) and competitors' dynamics (including AMIT but not limited)
Existing product portfolio management:
Local Product portfolio
Capacity Expansion Needs
Asset Mgt & Replacement Evaluations
Customization based on the existing products (e.g. New Orifice/Logo Inserts/ Finish needs)
Refurbishment needs
Local S&OP
Local sustainability plan: PCR Qualifications (tactical)\ TPE conversion
Lead the development of MarCom plans and execution for Aptar's closure well presence in the market.
Sales Promotions Kits
Local Communication and Leads Generation (including AMLT but not limited)
Trade shows Deployment
Network of associations building and maintaining
Marketing assets creation and updating
Content compelling for WeChat and other promotion channels
Price List management (stock product)
Responsible for sample management:
Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, major in marketing or related
More than 5 years of marketing experience in the packaging industry nice to have), service application field of Food(Nutraceutical)or BPH (Beauty, Home Care, and Personal Care)
Familiar with marketing communication tools and channels, with experience in online and offline promotion. Strong in creative, planning, and content writing, able to plan and implement marketing communication solutions independently.
Good communication skills and a team player, able to collaborate with other departments and lead projects smoothly.
Proficient in data analysis and presentation skills
Good spoken and written in English
